Tävlingsreglemente GIFFEN Elitcup 2011.
Cupen är sanktionerad av Medelpads Fotbollsförbund.
§ 1. Spelregler. GIFFEN Elitcup spelas efter SvFF:s tävlingsbestämmelser.
§ 2. Tävlingsform. Lagen indelas i grupper om fyra lag, där alla spelar mot varandra i en enkelserie. Ordningsföljden mellan lagen avgörs efter poäng.
Seger ger 3 poäng, oavgjord match 1 poäng, förlust 0 poäng. Om två eller flera lag har samma poängsumma, avgörs ordningsföljden på följande sätt:
1. Målskillnad
2. Mest gjorda mål
3. Resultatet vid det inbördes mötet mellan lagen som ligger lika.
4. Straffsparkstävling enligt FIFA:s regler.
Slutspel 8 lag. De två bästa lagen i varje grupp går till semifinal, övriga lag går till placeringsspel om platserna 5-8.
Slutspel 12 lag. Alla gruppettor samt bästa tvåan går till semifinal. Andra och tredje bästa tvåorna samt de två bästa treorna går till B-slutspel. Den tredje bästa trean och alla gruppfyror går till C-slutspel.
Slutspel 16 lag. Alla gruppettor och grupptvåor går till kvartsfinaler i A-slutspel. Alla grupptreor och gruppfyror går till kvartsfinal i B-slutspelet.
Oavgjorda matcher i slutspelet avgörs genom förlängning 2x5 min och sedan straffsparkstävling enligt FIFA:s regler. Matcher spelas om alla placeringar.
§ 3. Matchtid
Alla matcher spelas 2x20 min.
§ 4. Antal spelare och avbytare
Ett lag får använda obegränsat antal spelare under en match. Utbytt spelare får återinsättas i samma match. Byten görs utan domarens avblåsning. Alla byten ska ske inom lagets tekniska område.
§ 5. Deltagarförteckning
Alla lag skall lämna en deltagarförteckning över de spelare som kommer att deltaga i laget under turneringen. Samtliga spelare skall anges med personnummer (tio siffror). Deltagarförteckningen inlämnas senast en timme innan lagets första match spelas.
§ 6. Dispenser
Inga dispenser godkännes.
§ 7. Domare
Domare och assisterande domare i samtliga matcher.
§ 8. Tävlingens jury
Tävlingsjury är Christian Hansson (GIF Sundsvall), Sverker Andersson (Domaransvarig Medelpads FF) och Hans Grönlund (Distriktsdomare Medelpads FF).
§ 9. Protester och bestraffningar
Protester ska inlämnas skriftligen tillsammans med en avgift på 500:- till tävlingssekretariatet senast 30 minuter efter avslutad match för att behandlas. Om protesten godkänns betalas avgiften tillbaka. Domares beslut i fakta som rör matchen är enligt regel 5 i FIFA's reglemente slutgiltiga. Protest mot sådant beslut kan inte föranleda åtgärd.
Utvisningar: Utvisad spelare avstängs automatiskt följande match. Tävlingsjuryn kan besluta om avstängning i ytterligare match/er i cupen. Varningar ackumuleras ej.
Grova utvisningar rapporteras till respektive lags fotbollsförbund.
§ 10. Walk over
Vid walk over tilldelas motståndaren 3 poäng och 3-0 i resultat
§ 11. Spelplaner
Alla matcher spelas på Västhagens konstgräsplan samt Kubikenborgs konstgräsplan.
§ 12. Arrangör
GIF Sundsvall är arrangör.
§ 13. Ordningsföreskrifter
Brandsäkerhet:
Rökning är förbjuden inne allmänna lokaler och matsal.
§ 14. Försäkringar och ansvar
Varje lagledare måste tillse att samtliga deltagare är försäkrade både på och utanför planen. GIFFEN Elitcup har inga kollektiva försäkringar som täcker skador, sjukdomar, stölder eller skadegörelse. VI UPPMANAR ALLA DELTAGARE OCH LEDARE ATT ALDRIG LÄMNA VÄRDEFULLA FÖREMÅL ELLER PENGAR KVAR I OMKLÄDNINGSRUMMEN.
§15
Skruvdobb är tillåtet enl. SvFF:s regler fr.o.m. det året spelaren fyller 15 år.
§ 16 Force Majeure.
GIFFEN Elitcup är inte på något sätt ansvariga för skada eller ekonomisk förlust som kan uppstå i händelse av krig, krigsliknande händelse, inbördeskrig, revolution eller civila oroligheter eller på grund av
insatser av myndigheter, strejk, lockout, blockad eller liknande händelser
Dåligt väder eller någon annan oförutsedd händelse som orsakar att turneringen inte kan genomföras eller slutföras kommer inte att leda till återbetalning av avgifter.

Cup is sanctioned by the Medelpad Football Association.
§ 1. Game rules.
GIFFEN Elitcup plays under Swedish Football Association´s rules.
§ 2. Rules of the game.
Divided into groups of four teams, which all play against each other in a single series. Ranking of the law is determined by points.
Victory gives 3 points, tied 1 point, loss 0 points. If two or more teams have same points, the sequence is determined as follows:
1st Goal difference
2nd Most goals scored
3rd The result of the match between teams with equal points.
4th Penalty Competition under FIFA rules.
Playoffs 8 teams. The top two teams in each group will advance to the semifinals, the other team goes playoff for places 5-8.
Playoffs 12 teams. All group winners and the best second placed team goes to semifinals for places 1-4. The second and third best group twos and the two best placed group threes goes to B-playoff for places 5-8. The third placed group three and all group fours goes to C-playoff for places 9-12.
Playoffs 16 teams. The top two teams in each group will advance to the quarterfinals for places 1-8, the other teams goes to quarterfinals in B-playoff for places 9-16.
Ties in all playoff games decided by extending 2x5 min and then a penalty competition under FIFA rules.
§ 3. Game length
All matches will be played 2x20 min.
§ 4. Number of players and substitutes
A team may use any number of players during a match. Substituted players may re-initiated in the same match. Substitution can be made anytime during the game. All substitutions will take place in the team's technical area.
§ 5. List of participants
All teams must submit a list of participants of the players who will participate in the team during the tournament. All players must be identified by personal identification number (ten digits). The list of participants presented at least one hour before the team's first game starts.
§ 6. Exemptions
No exemption is approved.
§ 7. Referees
Referees and assistant referees in all games.
§ 8. Competitions Jury
Competitions jury is Christian Hansson, Hans Grönlund and Sverker Andersson.
§ 9 Protests and punishments
Protests must be submitted in writing along with a fee of 500 SEK to the competition secretariat no later than 30 minutes after the game, to be examined. The fee will be refunded if the protest is accepted. Referee's decision in the facts, relating to the game as a § five of FIFA's regulations are final. Protest against such a decision may not lead to action.
Penalties: expelled players are automatically suspended following match. Competition jury can decide if off for another game/s in the tournament. No warnings accumulation.
Coarse expulsions reported to the respective team's football federation.
§ 10. Walkover
The walkover awarded 3 points and his opponent 3-0 in the results
§ 11. Game fields
All matches played on artificial turf at Westhagens field and Kubikenborgs field.
§ 12 Organizer
GIF Sundsvall is the organizer.
§ 13 Rules in public buildings and dressing rooms
Fire safety:
Smoking is prohibited inside the public rooms and locker room.
§ 14. Insurance and liability
Each team leader must ensure that all participants are insured both on and off the field. GIFFEN Elitcup have NO collective insurance against injuries, diseases, theft or vandalism. We urge all participants and leaders to NEVER LEAVE valuable items or money left in the locker room
§ 15
Screw-in studs allowed credits. Swedish Football Association´s rules from that year the player turns 15 years.
§ 16 Force Majeure.
GIFFEN Elitcup is in no way responsible for injury or economic loss which may arise in
the event of war, war-like events, civil war, revolution or civil disturbances or because of the action of authorities, strikes, lockout, blockades or similar events
Bad weather or any other unforeseen event which causes that the tournament cannot be implemented or completed will not result in refund of fees.
